Nous voulons que les médias dépendent uniquement de groupes de presse et ne soient plus des appendices industriels. Ce projet de loi vise à interdire la participation dans le capital des médias de groupes qui dépendent de commandes de l'Etat. Je propose une participation maximale de 3% pour des groupes dont le chiffre d'affaires dépend pour 20% de l'Etat. La deuxième partie du projet vise à déconcentrer les médias pour une plus grande pluralité de l'information. Je suggère d'interdire à un groupe audiovisuel de s'arroger plus de 10 millions de téléspectateurs. Aujourd'hui, le seuil est de 30 millions. Pour la presse, le seuil pourrait être de 15 à 20% du lectorat.

Il faudrait laisser quelques mois aux groupes en question pour se désengager des médias.
